What does the warranty cover?
Tarp: 1-year warranty
The Navigloo tarp is covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the delivery date, provided the issue is reported promptly. Note: UV discoloration is not covered under warranty.
Frame parts: 1-year warranty
The frame components are also covered for one year against manufacturing defects, as long as the problem is reported quickly after purchase.
How long does the Navigloo tarp last?
With proper care, the average lifespan is 3 to 4 years under optimal conditions. This may vary depending on:
- Sun and wind exposure
- Storage conditions
- Regional climate
Do you ship across Canada?

How can I extend the life of my tarp?
- Rinse with fresh water at the end of winter
- Allow the tarp to dry completely before folding
- Store in a cool dry place
- Add a second tight rope around the boat to reduce pressure on grommets and block unwanted animal entry.
Is Navigloo wind- and snow-resistant?
Yes. The angled design naturally sheds snow. In very windy areas, we recommend adding weights (sandbags or additional anchors). Regular maintenance such as snow removal and quick inspections will ensure optimal winter performance.
Can I install Navigloo by myself?
Absolutely. The system is designed for easy solo installation with no tools required. Setup usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes the first time.
