Return Policy

Easy Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery

At Navigloo, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been assembled, used, or altered in any way.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team.

Return process

  1. Contact our team at info@navigloo.com including your order number.
  2. Wait for written authorization and return instructions.
  3. Carefully package the product, including all accessories and manuals.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided (at your expense unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method, within 10 to 15 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable items

  • Customer altered tarps and/or parts
  • Items damaged by the customer or returned incomplete

We’ll make it right. Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
