Return Policy
Easy Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery
At Navigloo, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
- The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been assembled, used, or altered in any way.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team.
Return process
- Contact our team at info@navigloo.com including your order number.
- Wait for written authorization and return instructions.
- Carefully package the product, including all accessories and manuals.
- Ship the package to the return address provided (at your expense unless the return is due to our error).
Refunds
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method, within 10 to 15 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable items
- Customer altered tarps and/or parts
- Items damaged by the customer or returned incomplete

We’ll make it right. Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
